I am Anand Suresh, your friendly neighbour! except that i am not your neighbour. I am a student at Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, pursuing BTech in Electronics and Comminication Engineering with specialisation in Internet Of Things and Sensors. Phew! thats a mouthful.
I Develop full stack applications on both iOS and Web platforms, Check out the projects section below to know more. I am a code member in the IETE-ISF chapter VIT vellore and Creation Labs (team RoverX). Though i am majoring in ECE, My work tends more towards Computer Science and IoT. I believe very much in a Hollistic approach to living. In addition to development, I play professional Tennis and Football and have also been playing a lot of Chess off late. I enjoy Debating, MUNning and participating in active Conventions.

A virtual assistant for the elderly & handicapped – a containerized and unified solution to tackle some of the daily challenges faced by millions worldwide. Wheeler is an intelligent digital assistant who can understand requests of its user via voice commands and can provide thoughtful responses through its voice while also performing various functions. Wheeler tries to find answers to questions by gathering information from the environment that it sees through a high-quality built-in camera. The concept for Wheeler is a simple one, with the aim to make it as seamless as possible to integrate into daily lives.

Abnormality detection can we stop murders before they actually happen?
Our proposal, yes we can! We are planning to integrate , machine learning and human psychology to achive the supposedly impossible. The ip enabled security cameras will serve as our input. We humans are social human beings right? So there is a certain pattern in which all of us interact with others Depending on the situation. Our model is trained with lots of these patterns, so when there is a deviation from the set of already existing curves. The person(id) to cause the deviation is tagged severely and an alert is sent to the concerned authorities.
